Jodie & Brett – Wedding at the Atlantic Inn on Block Island – Sneak Peek

When I first met with Jodie and Brett, I knew we would have so much fun at their wedding! They are a super laid back couple that planned a very intimate and personal ceremony and reception for 25 of their family members. To top things off, their wedding was held at a gorgeous vintage hotel, the Atlantic Inn, on Block Island. Despite the 45 mile per hour winds on the island, the wedding was beautiful, celebrating the love between Jodie and Brett.

Brett sent over a single rose and a little note to Jodie while she was getting ready. It was a very touching moment.

Jodie and Brett exchanged 2 sets of rings. One set was 2 new rings that they purchased for their wedding. The other set of rings were 2 rings that have been in their families for generations, as a way to represent the blend of their two families. These rings were on a gorgeous pillow that Jodie’s mom made!

 I adore this quiet moment between Jodie and Brett right after they got married. They didn’t even know I was there, which is why I love it so much! Then we braved the cold and the wind for some outside shots. In this case, the wind was working in our favor.
